Private classes

Emily offers one-to-one classes in yoga, prana kriya yoga and meditation in your own space or on Zoom. Private classes can really help to deepen your practice by focusing on your individual journey.

 

Workplace

Emily offers classes for workplaces of all kinds. Given her years spent working in corporate law, she is very attuned to the needs of people in a variety of work environments. Emily offers yoga, mindfulness and meditation classes and programs tailored to your workplace’s needs.
